If we cancel a paid order that we are unable to fulfil, any amount due to the customer will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

However, product appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • lighting and photography;

  • screen and device settings;

  • manufacturing batches;

  • natural or material variations;

  • personalization processes; or

  • minor differences associated with handmade or custom production.

Such minor variations do not automatically constitute a defect where the product remains materially consistent with its description and intended function.

We reserve the right to modify product designs, packaging, specifications or available colors where reasonably necessary, provided this does not materially change a product already ordered without informing the customer where required.

Products may be discontinued or become unavailable without notice.

Product availability shown on the website is subject to stock availability.

SECTION 5 – PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Many Pura Vita DXB products are personalized or made specifically for an individual customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all personalization details submitted at checkout, including:

  • names;

  • spelling;

  • initials;

  • fonts;

  • colors;

  • designs;

  • quantities;

  • product selections; and

  • any other customization instructions.

We will normally produce personalized items according to the information submitted with the order.

Where a customer provides an incorrect name, spelling, design selection or other personalization instruction, Pura Vita DXB is not responsible for reproducing the information exactly as submitted.

Requests to change personalization or order details must be submitted within the period stated in our Refund Policy. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Once production of a personalized or custom-made product has begun, the product cannot ordinarily be cancelled, exchanged or returned because of:

  • a change of mind;

  • preference for another color;

  • preference for another design;

  • preference for a different product;

  • incorrect information supplied by the customer; or

  • the customer no longer requiring the item.

This does not affect a customer's rights where a personalized item is genuinely defective, damaged, materially different from what was ordered, or contains an error caused by Pura Vita DXB.

SECTION 6 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected.

After an order is placed, the customer may receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent us from contacting the customer if there is an issue with payment, personalization details, stock availability, pricing or fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address and telephone number.

If no email address or an incorrect email address is supplied, the customer may not receive order confirmations, dispatch notifications or tracking updates.

We may contact customers where additional information is reasonably required to process an order.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.

This includes:

  • full name;

  • telephone number;

  • personalization information.

Requests to amend customer or shipping information after an order has been placed are subject to our Shipping and Refund Policies and cannot always be accommodated after processing or dispatch has begun.

Product prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where there has been an obvious pricing, technical or system error.

Payment methods available at checkout may include debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, other digital payment methods and any additional methods made available from time to time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers.

We do not directly store full payment card details where those details are processed through an authorized third-party payment provider.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method selected.

Refunds, where applicable, will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.

Payment provider and banking processing times are outside our direct control.

SECTION 11 – PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Personalized and custom-made products require production time before dispatch.

Production time is separate from courier delivery time.

Current production estimates, shipping methods, delivery estimates, express-service cut-off times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and/or displayed at checkout.

Customers should review these timeframes before placing an order.

Where an item is required for a specific event or date, the customer should contact us before ordering if delivery by that date is essential.

Selecting Standard Shipping does not provide a guarantee of Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery.

Courier delivery estimates are based on normal operating conditions. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, customs, remote delivery areas, incorrect address information, high shipment volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will assist customers with courier-related issues and investigations where reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any obligation or remedy imposed on us by applicable UAE law in relation to delivery, loss, damage, misdelivery or non-conforming products.

SECTION 12 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DEFECTS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Personalized and custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due simply to a change of mind or preference.

However, this does not affect rights relating to products that are:

  • defective;

  • damaged;

  • incorrect; or

  • incorrectly personalized due to an error made by Pura Vita DXB.

Customers who believe they have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item should contact us promptly and provide their order information together with clear photographs or video where reasonably required to assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a suitable resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, return or refund.

Any notification periods in our Refund Policy are intended to enable prompt investigation and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived under UAE law.

Customers are responsible for following any care, washing, cleaning, storage and usage instructions supplied with a product or stated on our website.

Where a product is personalized using methods that require hand washing or other specific care, the customer should follow those instructions to preserve the customization.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, dropping, inappropriate cleaning, dishwashing where expressly prohibited, improper storage or failure to follow supplied care instructions may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect liability for defects that existed when the product was supplied.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

International delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs or destination-country authorities.
