🚚 UAE Shipping

Standard Shipping – AED 15

  • Delivery within 2–3 business days

  • Personalized products require 2–3 business days for production before shipping

Next-Day Delivery – AED 40

  • Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered within 2 business days

  • Personalized products still require production time before dispatch

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only) – AED 60

  • Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next business day


🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country


📦 Order Processing

Personalized Products

Personalized and custom-made products typically require 2–3 business days for production before shipping.

During busy periods, promotional events, holidays, or peak seasons, production times may be extended.

Non-Personalized Products

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1 business day.

Business Days

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for non-personalized products only

  • A AED 15 COD fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold

  • We reserve the right to refuse future COD orders where previous COD shipments were rejected, returned, or undelivered


📝 Important Information

Personalized Orders

All personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or an error has been made on our part.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including address, phone number, and delivery details, is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed or dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we do our best to meet the stated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, stock availability, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

During busy periods, promotional events, holidays, and peak seasons, production and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We appreciate your understanding and patience should any unexpected delays occur.

Urgent Orders

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, provides incorrect delivery information, or requests changes after dispatch, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Tracking & Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery updates and transit times are managed by the courier. While we will always do our best to assist with delivery-related issues, investigation and resolution timelines are subject to the courier's procedures.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
