Yes! We are based in Dubai and deliver across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other emirates.

Most of our products can be personalized with a name or custom text. This includes all tumblers, tiny tumblers, water bottles, glass mugs, baby brush & comb sets, blankets, birth stats frames, milestone frames, photo candles, gift boxes, and more. Each product page will indicate if personalization is available.

Simply enter the name or custom text in the personalization field on the product page before adding to cart. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order — we engrave, embroider, or print exactly what you enter.

After placing your order, send your photo via WhatsApp or Instagram DM (@puravitadxb) with your order number. Please send a clear, high-quality image for the best result.

Please review your personalization carefully before submitting. Since all personalized items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for spelling errors entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes! We deliver to all emirates across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

• Personalized items: 2–3 business days for production + 2–3 business days for delivery
• Non-personalized items (candles, ready-made gifts): 2–3 business days for delivery

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 2–6 business days depending on your location and the product ordered.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location within the UAE.

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Since personalized products are made to order, we begin processing immediately after your order is placed. Please contact us within 12 hours if you need to make any changes or cancellations.

Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for personalized or custom products.

Absolutely! All our products come beautifully packaged. If you’d like to include a personal gift message, simply mention it in the notes at checkout or send us a message after ordering.

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee. You can add it to your order at checkout.

Our candles are hand-poured using premium soy wax or coconut wax. They are designed to look beautiful as home decor pieces as well as being scented candles you can burn.

Yes, all our candles are scented. Scent details are listed on each individual product page.

Some candles are available in 8 oz and 16 oz sizes such as the Matcha Latte, Iced Latte, and Custom Photo Candles. Others come in one standard size. Size options are shown on each product page.
